Our stay was truly comfortable with a well-equipped apartment featuring baby essentials. The close proximity to the Penkenbahn lift made our ski outings effortless, and the warm, wooden interiors added a cozy charm.

There was sometimes a lack of staff presence at the front desk, which caused minor delays in requests like extra pillows. some minor maintenance hiccups, like the curtain not being closed upon arrival, disrupted our mornings.

The location is unbeatable, right next to the Penkenn lift and conveniently close to a Spar supermarket—perfect for quick grocery runs. The apartments are spotless and the kitchen is exceedingly well-equipped, allowing for easy meal prep with lots of dishes available, which was a lifesaver for our large group.

One drawback was the occasional lack of staff presence at the front desk, as they seemed to arrive only during check-in and check-out times. Communication was a bit tricky since their English wasn’t very clear, and we had to ask several times for extra pillows. there were also minor issues like not having the ceiling window curtain closed upon arrival, leading to bright morning light waking us up early.

We stayed six nights in a One-Bedroom Apartment, and it was absolutely ideal for our young family with a baby. The apartment came with a high chair, a baby cot, and even a small bathtub, which made our stay comfortable. Plus, the kitchen was fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze! One thing to improve would be having a more consistent staff presence at the front desk, as we needed assistance a couple of times.

the only downside was the lack of a washing machine, making laundry a bit difficult. however, the large room had a stocked kitchen. there’s reserved parking and easy access to local activities. the gorgeous view made everything worthwhile.
